Know Your Numbers!

Do you know your numbers as it relates to healthy blood pressure, cholesterol, etc?  Well here's a simple guide that may help you stay on top of them.  

For Blood pressure the normal range is typically Less than 120 for Systolic (upper number) and less than 80 for Diastolic (lower number).  Anything above this range would be considered elevated blood pressure and/or Hypertensive crisis.  

Please consult your doctor for specific information on what your number should be and the range that is acceptable for you.
