I have always been a health and fitness enthusiast. I'm a Human Resource professional that spends most of my spare time in the gym, on the track, biking, or doing other active things. After 30 years in the Corporate America, I am beginning to enjoy leisure travel especially outside of the United States. I start my day by listening to a motivational message to support my positive thinking mindset and to help me accomplish my goals for the day.
